It wasn't a real choice because W11 made my x299 10900X inept because the PCIe slot's only push 350w and the 5090 needs 450w minimum to run on lowest settings. Last week 7/24/2026 it was worth $11,800+. Stupid expensive but I got the storage last year when it was around $299 for 4TB. I guess I got lucky, or was smrat*.
