Acceptance

By using UFDForge, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Account

You need a Google, Twitch, or Discord account to sign in. You're responsible for the security of that upstream account. You agree not to share your access with people who haven't agreed to these terms.

Use of the service

UFDForge is for personal PC building research and shopping. You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish our catalog without permission.
• Submit false “Request component” or “Report incorrect spec” entries to spam our queue.
• Use the service to break the law or harm anyone.
• Attempt to overwhelm or attack the site or any of its upstream services.

Pricing & verdicts

All prices and verdicts on UFDForge are provided as is, without warranty as to accuracy. We surface sentiment-only verdicts derived from historical data; we don't track prices or send alerts. Final price and availability is what the retailer charges you at checkout.

We earn affiliate commissions on qualifying purchases through our links to Amazon and Newegg, at no extra cost to you. See our privacy policy for details.

Compatibility checks

Our compatibility engine catches socket fit, RAM type, GPU/cooler clearance, PSU sizing, and form factor. We strive to be accurate, but the engine is not a substitute for the manufacturer's spec sheet. You're ultimately responsible for verifying that the parts you buy will work together.

User content

Saved builds, upgrade plans, and feedback submissions are owned by you. By submitting them you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display them within the UFDForge service to provide functionality (e.g. sharing your build via the /b/... link).

Anonymous, aggregate signals derived from your activity (e.g. how often a part appears in saved builds) may be used to improve recommendations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using UFDForge at any time. Account-deletion requests are handled per our privacy policy.

No warranty

UFDForge is provided on an “as is” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UFDForge and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in the footer's “Last updated” date and on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
